What we collect
When you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, and whatever you’d like to tell us in the message field. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and run your service.
When you browse our site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited, roughly how long people stay, and what kind of device and browser they’re using. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.
Cookies. Our site uses a small number of cookies: ones that keep the site working (WordPress session cookies) and analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may behave differently.
If you’re our client. Depending on your service, we handle call logs, text conversations, appointment details, and review data on your behalf. That data is yours — not ours.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. We only share data with the service providers we need to run our business (our web host, analytics provider, email service), and only as much as they need to do their job.
Your data is yours
If you’re a client and you cancel, your customer lists, conversation histories, call logs, and campaign data come with you in a usable format.
How long we keep data
We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then we delete or archive them. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings. Client data is kept for the duration of the service relationship and a reasonable period afterward for records, then deleted on request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — secure hosting, access controls, and encrypted connections.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email zishan@truenorthdigitalpartners.com and we’ll handle it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
