The founder
True North Digital Partners was started on a simple observation: the local contractors, shops, and offices doing the best work in town were losing jobs for the dumbest reason — nobody picked up the phone.
Not because they’re lazy. Because they’re working. On a roof. Under a sink. With a patient. The phone rings, and there’s nothing they can do about it in that moment.
The technology to fix this exists. It’s just never been packaged for a 5-person plumbing shop or a busy dental office — in plain English, installed for you, at a price that makes sense. That’s what we’re building.
