These terms govern your use of truenorthdigitalpartners.com and any services you buy from True North Digital Partners, LLC. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services and pricing
We offer three subscription services, all month to month: Missed-Call Rescue — $297/month + $750 one-time setup; Reputation Engine — $497/month + $1,000 one-time setup; AI Front Desk — $797/month + $1,500 one-time setup. We also offer website rebuilds as a separate add-on ($2,500–$5,000 one-time + $149/month care plan), quoted individually. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Payment
The one-time setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and give you 7 days to resolve it before pausing service. Every setup fee comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if we can’t get the system working for your business within 30 days of starting, we’ll refund the setup fee in full.
Cancellation
All subscriptions are month to month — no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice (email to zishan@truenorthdigitalpartners.com is fine). No cancellation fees.
No guaranteed results
We build systems that answer calls, request reviews, and book appointments — and we report honestly on what they do every month. But we cannot guarantee specific outcomes: not a particular number of reviews, call volumes, appointments, or revenue.
What we need from you
You’ll need to give us reasonable access to the tools involved — your phone system or call forwarding, your Google Business Profile, your calendar or booking software, and your website where applicable — and respond to escalations we route to you in a timely manner. You agree to use the services in compliance with applicable laws, including rules governing business text messaging and phone calls.
Your data
Your customer lists, call logs, conversation histories, transcripts, and campaign data belong to you. If you cancel, we hand everything over in a usable format within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
